Job Summary We are seeking charismatic, results-driven, and professionally presented Female Showroom Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. Candidates will be assigned to one of our branches and will serve as the face of Dubai Furniture—guiding clients through our collection, understanding their interior design needs, and driving showroom revenue. Key Responsibilities • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism. Proactively engage visitors, understand their space requirements, and present tailored furniture solutions. • Sales & Consultation: Demonstrate deep knowledge of our furniture materials, dimensions, customization options, and pricing to confidently close sales and upsell complementary items. • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the branch showroom floor, furniture displays, and price tags are impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times. • Pipeline & Order Management: Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are accurately processed, tracked, and delivered on time. • Relationship Building: Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build loyalty, gather feedback, and generate repeat business or referrals. • Reporting: Maintain daily sales records, track customer inquiries, and report branch performance metrics directly to management. Qualifications & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Finance , or a related business field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience , with a strong preference given to candidates who have worked specifically within the furniture, interior design, or luxury home decor industries . • Communication Skills: Fluid and persuasive communication in Amharic; working proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
