We are seeking a competent and motivated Intermediate Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site. • Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment on site. • Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards. • Review and verify quantities of completed work and maintain accurate site records. • Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to support project execution. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow. • Assist in the preparation of work schedules, progress updates, and project documentation. • Participate in site meetings and provide technical support as required. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of relevant site engineering experience in construction projects. • Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, quality control, and project execution. • Strong proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
