Job Summary (3 positions) The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor all finishing activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum ceiling works, aluminum works, joinery, waterproofing, and architectural finishes. • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project management. • Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Conduct inspections and identify defects, ensuring timely corrective actions. • Monitor material utilization and site productivity. • Assist in project handover activities and defect rectification works. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Qualifications • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field. • 2–4 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. • Experience in high-rise building projects will be considered a distinct advantage. • Candidates with direct experience in finishing works will be highly preferred. • Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and finishing materials. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
