Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all site construction and finishing activities. • Ensure design drawings and specifications are accurately implemented. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of works. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards. • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site. • Prepare progress reports and project updates. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. • Control material usage and site resources efficiently. • Review workmanship and ensure all finishing details meet project requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in construction, interior fit-out, or finishing projects. • Strong knowledge of project management and site supervision. • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is an advantage. • Experience managing multiple project teams and subcontractors.
