Daho Technologies Plc is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Manager to grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, producing and editing videos, managing daily social media activities, interacting with audiences, and helping generate leads for our co-living and property management services. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation • Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content. • Capture photos and videos of properties, rooms, events, and customer experiences. • Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing goals. • Create graphics, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional materials. • Video Production & Editing • Record professional videos using mobile phones and cameras. • Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Add captions, transitions, effects, and branding elements. • Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms. • Social Media Management • Manage company social media accounts. • Schedule and publish content consistently. • Monitor performance and optimize content strategy. • Maintain a content calendar. • Community Engagement • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. • Engage with followers and relevant communities. • Build relationships with potential customers and partners. • Monitor online reputation and feedback. • Marketing & Growth • Research social media trends and competitor activities. • Suggest new campaigns and growth strategies. • Assist with paid advertising campaigns when needed. • Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Requirements • Experience creating social media content. • Strong video editing skills. • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Ability to create engaging and creative content independently. • Good communication skills in Amharic and English. • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms. • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision. Preferred • Experience in real estate, hospitality, co-living, rentals, or property-related businesses. • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. • Experience running social media advertising campaigns. • Photography and videography skills. • Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to: • Publish content consistently across platforms. • Produce a minimum agreed number of videos and posts weekly. • Increase social media engagement and audience growth. • Improve brand visibility and lead generation. • Maintain professional and consistent brand communication.
