Bright Techno Tonic is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter to lead the development of engaging content for our educational platforms, e-Tutor City and Exam Prep City. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating content ideas, writing scripts and captions, managing content calendars, and ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. About the Role As a Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter, you will be the driving force behind our content strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team, videographer, graphic designer, and brand hosts to create content that educates, entertains, and converts. Your primary responsibility is to transform marketing objectives into compelling content that increases brand awareness, engagement, leads, and platform growth. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms. • Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals. • Research audience interests, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities. • Identify viral trends and adapt them creatively to fit our brand and educational products. Content Creation & Copywriting • Generate content ideas for short-form videos, carousels, graphics, blogs, and promotional campaigns. • Write engaging video scripts, captions, hooks, calls -to-action, and social media posts. • Develop persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials. • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging. • Create educational, informative, and conversion focused content tailored to different audience segments. Social Media Management • Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple social media platforms. • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions. • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization. • Support influencer collaborations and user generated content initiatives when required. Performance Analysis • Track and analyze key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions. • Generate performance reports and insights for CMO. • Use data driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement. Requirements • Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, content marketing, or digital marketing. • Ability to create compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and conversion-focused copy. • Strong research skills and awareness of social media trends. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with educational, technology, or digital brands. • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. • Experience using AI tools for content ideation, research, and productivity. • Experience managing online communities and social media growth initiatives.
