We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Researcher to join our team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone based in Ethiopia with a strong understanding of the local and international digital landscape. Your primary role will be to find, curate, and repurpose engaging content for our daily Facebook posts. Please Note: This is a Remote position . You can work from anywhere in Ethiopia, but you must have a stable internet connection. This is not an in-office role. Key Responsibilities: • Research high-performing content (videos, images, articles, and memes) relevant to our niche. • Verify facts and check the credibility of sources before suggesting content. • Curate a daily content calendar based on trending topics and audience interests. • Write engaging and culturally relevant captions tailored to Facebook audiences. • Monitor competitor pages for inspiration and identify content gaps. • Maintain a library of organized content assets. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Content Researcher, Social Media Assistant, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Facebook's algorithm and best practices for engagement. • Excellent English writing and communication skills. • Ability to spot trends quickly and adapt them to our brand voice. • Reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet access.
