Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide social work support and services to vulnerable children and families. - Conduct assessments and follow up on children’s needs and wellbeing. - Support case management and referrals when necessary. - Maintain accurate and confidential case records. - Prepare regular reports and documentation. - Work closely with families, communities, schools, and other relevant partners. - Participate in child protection and community activities.
