Responsibilities • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stockouts. • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments. • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory reports and ERP-Odoo system records promptly. • Support system-based inventory reconciliation processes and ensure system accuracy. • Monitor all goods are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to FIFO/FEFO principles. • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or FMCG distribution operations. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-up abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and integrity.
