We are seeking an organized, highly reliable, and Experienced Storekeeper to oversee our warehouse inventory and stock management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our materials—from receiving and inspecting incoming goods to tracking digital inventory, optimizing storage space, and ensuring seamless dispatch. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in inventory control, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a highly organized, safe, and efficient storeroom.   Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock operations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Receiving & Inspection : Inspect all incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and damage against purchase orders and delivery notes; log discrepancies immediately. Storage Optimization : Organize the layout of the storeroom to maximize space utilization, ensure rapid retrieval, and maintain proper storage conditions (e.g., hazard segregation). Stock Audits & Reconciliation : Lead regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical stock audits; investigate and resolve any inventory variances. Order Fulfillment : Prepare, pack, and issue materials or products for internal departments or external dispatch according to picking lists and scheduled timelines. Reorder Management : Monitor stock levels closely, anticipate shortages, and initiate purchase requisitions to ensure zero operational downtime. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict warehouse safety protocols, ensure clean and hazard-free workspaces, and update relevant material management SOPs.   Qualifications & Skills Education : a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is a strong plus. Experience: [3-5+] years of direct experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or inventory control. Technical Skills: Software and IT skills, Competency in using barcode scanners and basic MS Excel for data tracking. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to few kilos if needed, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely. Soft Skills : Exceptional organizational skills, strong mathematical aptitude, and clear professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with procurement and logistics teams, sharp attention to detail, time awareness Key traits : high level of integrity to prevent waste, spoilage or discrepancies in the store
