Main Purpose The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, recording, and controlling company materials. This includes glass, hardware, spare parts, consumables, tools, and installation materials. Main Duties • Receive materials and check quantity, type, size, and condition. • Record all incoming and outgoing materials. • Store materials properly and keep the store clean and organized. • Issue materials only with proper approval and signature. • Track glass, hardware, spare parts, tools, and consumables. • Report damaged, missing, wrong, or low-stock items immediately. • Follow up tools issued to production or installation teams. • Assist with weekly or monthly stock counts. • Prepare simple daily and weekly store reports. Required Skills • Basic computer skills, especially Excel or Google Sheets. • Good record keeping and attention to detail. • Honest, organized, and responsible. • Good communication with production, purchasing, finance, and installation teams. • Previous store, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred. • Willingness to learn Sorana’s glass products and materials. Key Responsibilities The Store Keeper must make sure that company materials are protected, properly recorded, and available when needed. No material should enter or leave the store without proper documentation.
