Job Title: Teacher & Branch Supervisor (Jemo Branch) Location: Learneta Academy – Jemo Branch Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: net 20K About the Role Learneta Academy is looking for a motivated and responsible Teacher & Branch Supervisor who can effectively teach English while overseeing the daily operations of the Jemo Branch. This role is ideal for someone with intermediate-level experience who can balance classroom teaching with leadership and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Teaching Deliver engaging English lessons to students of different age groups. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Track student attendance, participation, and progress. Provide feedback to students and parents when needed. Create a positive, energetic, and disciplined learning environment. Branch Supervision Supervise the daily operations of the Jemo Branch. Support, monitor, and coordinate teachers to ensure high teaching standards. Ensure classes start and end on time. Monitor student attendance and classroom discipline. Handle Inquiries and resolve basic student concerns. Prepare weekly reports on attendance, teacher performance, and branch activities. Coordinate with the Head Office regarding academic and operational matters. Ensure classrooms, teaching materials, and facilities are well maintained. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in English, Education, or a related field. 1 year of teaching or educational supervision experience. Intermediate leadership and management experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Willing to work full-time at the Jemo Branch. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supervising teachers or managing a training center. Experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults.
