Brook Real Estate is looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Agents with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. Requirements • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. • Confident and professional phone communication. • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. • Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage. • Previous tele-sales, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage. Language Requirements • 1 Agent – Fluent in Tigrinya • 1 Agent – Fluent in Afaan Oromo • Arabic and other regional languages are an added advantage . • Strong Amharic and English communication skills preferred.
