Experience:  3+ Year Role Overview We are seeking a Tender Officer  with a background in Electrical or Computer Science/Engineering  to manage the end-to-end tender process for commercial and government bid proposals. Key Responsibilities  Track, evaluate, and assemble tender and RFP (Request for Proposal) opportunities across target markets. Coordinate with pre-sales engineering teams to compile accurate BOQs, technical specifications, and legal docs. Ensure full compliance with all administrative, financial, and technical bid submission requirements.  Maintain an up-to-date repository of tender documents, compliance certificates, and past performance records. Qualifications & Requirements   B.Sc . in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or a closely related technical field. 3+ years of experience  in tender management, bid preparation, and proposal writing. Strong technical literacy, organizational skills, and strict adherence to bid deadlines.
