Tewos Technology Solutions Vacancy Announcement Position 1: Junior HR Officer Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files. • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives. • Prepare HR reports, letters, and contracts. • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. • Support performance management and training activities. Position 2: Junior IT Support Officer Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • No prior work experience required. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity problems. • Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions. • Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure and internet connectivity. • Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records. • Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus protection. • Document support activities and prepare IT reports as required.
