Position: Sales Representatives Qualifications: • Experience in sales for 1 to 2 years • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Interest or experience in sales, client relations, and market research. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proven talent, practical experience, or a portfolio of work is valued more than formal degrees. • Willingness to engage in fieldwork and represent the company professionally. • Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools, spreadsheet entry) are an advantage). Key Responsibilities • Ecosystem Pipeline Management: Actively identify, track, and follow up on diverse B2B and B2C leads, managing an organized sales pipeline to convert prospects across our design, construction, mining, fabrication, and tech divisions. • Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients across targeted markets and across our sectors. • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic sales documents. • Conduct market research on pricing, competition, and emerging trends. • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and client interactions. • Represent Tibeb during field visits, industry events, and client meetings. • Share weekly market insights and recommendations with the Business Development Lead. • Assist in coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and supporting deal closure efforts.
