Key Responsibilities -Handle flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and cancellations using Galileo Travel Software. -Provide clients with suitable flight options and travel information. -Assist customers with travel-related inquiries in a professional manner. -Maintain accurate booking records and travel documents. Requirements -Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Ticketing Agent in an IATA or Non-IATA travel agency.(Both preferable) - -Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, and ticketing procedures. -Ability to use Galileo efficiently for booking and itinerary management. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Commitment to developing professionally in visa services and travel package planning.
