Job description we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced training manager to lead and manage our training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing training activities ensuring high -quality learning experiences , participant satisfaction, and the achievement of organizational goal .The training manager will also supervise trainers , manage training operations, and continuously improve training programs and processes Key responsibility • Handle phone calls • Follow up with new and existing trainees regarding registration and training progress • Plan and manage training workshop • Lead and supervise trainers and support staff • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve training quality and participant satisfaction • Manage training schedules including training dates, times • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards • Ensure training programs are delivered effectively and professionally Skill & Competencies • Strong time management & organization skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Customer first mindset • Strong communication & interpersonal skill • Problem solving & decision making abilities
