Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern ELIGIBLE FIELDS OF STUDY Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: • Management • Accounting and Finance • Marketing Management • Business Management • Mechanical Engineering • Industrial Engineering • Electromechanical Engineering Applicants must: • Have graduated in June 2026 only • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above (preferred) • Be willing to learn and work in a professional environment • Have good communication and interpersonal skills • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude Internship Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance and business needs) Monthly Stipend: Paid Internship Place of Work : Addis Ababa Position 2: Junior Accountant Qualification Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field. • 1-2 years of proven accounting experience (mandatory) . Applicants with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of experience will not be considered. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures. • Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. • Experience with accounting software is an added advantage. Salary & Benefits : Salary and benefits will be based on the company scale. Duty Station: Addis Ababa Position 3: Underwriting Officer Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field / Bachelor Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 3 years experience in Insurance or Insurance brokerage as Underwriting Officer only. • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Good understanding of insurance principles and risk assessment • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation systems / Insurance ERP systems.
