Position: IT Infrastructure Technician Education Requirements: At least two years of post-secondary study at a vocational college or university in Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, telecommunications, electronics maintenance or network systems. Specific knowledge of host country relevant regulations and protocols on telecommunication and internet access. Basic understanding of how IT endpoints (radios, telephones, televisions, audiovisual equipment) operate at the user level. Knowledge of cabling, radio, voice or network infrastructure industry standards. Knowledge of how to maintain an inventory system.
