I need video editors / content creators for two or more motivational channels. Understanding English is crucial. Here’s what the workflow looks like. You will have to choose two interviews and listen to those interviews and pick out the best bits from both interviews and integrate them into one final video. The intro will be an exciting hook to keep the audience watching. The videos will be 15 minutes long. Not less than that. After picking out the best bits of the interview, the candidates will then edit the video in a cinematic style. Keeping the engagement rate higher is the editor’s responsibility. The videos should trigger emotion. The editors will have to use multiple copyright free background music to keep the audience engaged. Anything that helps to keep them engaged and interested is considered as a plus, example: sound effects … You will be integrating lots of stock footages in the video, footages of the original video should not be previewed for more than 10 seconds in a single video to avoid copyright violation. Regarding the payment, i will pay 1000 birr per video. The payment will be made on a monthly basis. There’s zero tolerance for lazy editors. They should submit a video every 3 days. Compromising the quality of the video is not acceptable. I need experienced editors with some works to show. Attach your YouTube links/works on the CV. No private groups or anything. Just links. Don’t write your CV with the help of AI. You should be able to express yourself with your own words. Any CV that consists of AI written will result in automatic rejection. If you’re selected as one of the potential candidates, you will be asked to edit a sample 5 minute video. Don’t apply if you don’t have previous work experience to show.
