We're looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong background in short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels. While your primary focus will be editing high-performing short-form videos, you'll also work on long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and talk shows. Key Responsibilities • Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. • Repurpose long-form content into compelling short-form clips optimized for social media. • Deliver polished content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices. Requirements • Proven experience editing short-form social media content (portfolio required). • Strong understanding of current social media trends, audience retention, and storytelling techniques. • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Notion (for project management and collaboration) • Strong knowledge of pacing, color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production workflows. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a production team. • Fluent English is required , as all communication and project requirements are with English-speaking clients. Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating motion graphics and animated titles. • Experience working in a fast-paced content production environment. • Ability to identify trends and adapt editing styles to maximize engagement across social media platforms.
