We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with proven experience in editing podcasts, interview-style content, and talk shows. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with our production team to deliver engaging, high-quality content for an international audience. Responsibilities • Edit podcast episodes, interviews, and show-style videos. • Create dynamic and engaging edits with professional pacing, transitions, graphics, and sound design. • Collaborate with the production team to meet creative goals and deadlines. • Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow. • Deliver polished content that meets our brand standards. Requirements • Proven experience editing podcasts and show-style content (portfolio required). • Advanced proficiency in: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe After Effects • Notion (for project management and collaboration) • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color correction, and audio synchronization. • Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. • Fluent English is mandatory , as all communication and project requirements are with English-speaking clients. Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating motion graphics and animated titles. • Experience in long-form video editing is required • Familiarity with YouTube and social media content. • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
