Responsibilities: • Edit podcast episodes, interview videos, and documentary-style content including thumbnails for videos made • Create short-form clips and reels from long-form content for social media • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms • Monitor and follow up on posted content (engagement, comments, performance) • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all video content Requirements: • Experience editing long-form content (podcasts, interviews, documentaries) • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts • Strong sense of storytelling and content strategy • Portfolio or sample work required
