Role Summary The Video Producer & Editor supports the planning, production, editing, and delivery of video content for Tinova and its clients. This role is responsible for transforming content ideas into engaging, platform-ready videos while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Pre-Production • Participate in content ideation and creative planning. • Assist with video concepts, scripting, and storyboarding. • Review briefs and content requirements. • Create shot lists, production plans, and schedules. • Prepare equipment, assets, and resources for filming. Production Coordination • Coordinate with clients, team members, and contributors to gather footage and assets. • Review recordings for quality and content requirements. • Provide guidance on recording setup, framing, lighting, and audio. • Organize stock footage, graphics, and supporting assets. Video Editing & Post-Production • Edit short-form and long-form video content. • Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and motion elements. • Optimize video and audio quality. • Export content for various digital and social platforms. • Deliver polished content within deadlines. Content Management • Organize and maintain footage, project files, and content libraries. • Ensure assets are properly labeled, stored, and backed up. • Support content repurposing across campaigns and channels. Collaboration & Process Improvement • Work closely with the Senior Video Content Creator. • Follow creative direction and brand guidelines. • Recommend improvements to production quality and workflows. • Maintain consistency across all video content. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in video production and editing. • Strong portfolio showcasing production and editing skills. • Experience creating content for digital and social platforms. • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. • Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and platform requirements. • Experience with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production workflows. • Strong project management and time management skills. • Agency, marketing, or media experience is a plus.
