Position 1: Project Monitoring Evaluation & Learnings Officer Education/Qualification • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Data Science, or related fields . • Additional training or certification in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning (MERL), data management, or project management is an advantage. Experience • Relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning within development or donor-funded projects. • Experience using M&E tools and participatory methods. • Experience in data collection, documentation, quantitative and qualitative research. • Practical experience using digital data collection tools and database management systems. • Knowledge of SPSS, EPI-Info, KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, Power BI, R, Excel , or similar platforms. • Knowledge of youth employment, workforce development, and women and youth economic participation is an advantage.
