Job Summary The Workshop Operations & Staff Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily workforce operations of the woodworking workshop. The primary focus of this role is people management rather than technical woodworking activities. The supervisor will ensure employee attendance, discipline, communication, training, performance management, and workflow coordination while serving as a link between management and employees. This role is ideal for a mature, respected leader who can effectively manage and mentor a young workforce. The ideal candidate does not need advanced technical woodworking skills but must be highly effective in employee supervision, communication, discipline management, training, and operational coordination. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staff supervision, team leadership, workforce management, or a similar role. Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, production, or construction environment is an advantage.
