Job description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (mandatory) • Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, drawings, and client requirements in detail. • Prepare accurate technical proposals, compliance sheets, specification comparison tables, and supporting technical documents. • Ensure full technical compliance of all bid submissions with client specifications and tender instructions. • Analyze mechanical and electromechanical equipment, tools, and system requirements related to the project. • Identify technical gaps or non compliance issues and propose suitable solutions or alternatives. • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical data sheets, quotations, and product information. • Support the preparation of technical sections of the bid and assist in costing related technical inputs. • Review contract technical conditions, delivery schedules, and qualification requirements before submission. • Maintain organized technical tender files and ensure proper documentation control. • Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and clients regarding technical tender matters. • Support post-award technical clarification and project handover activities when required. • Meet all tender submission deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
