Ananas Online Shopping is an e-commerce platform based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to represent Ananas, attract qualified vendors, and help expand our marketplace. Key Responsibilities: - Represent Ananas Online Shopping professionally and build awareness of our platform. -Identify, approach, and onboard qualified vendors to the Ananas platform. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors. - Regularly communicate with vendors and provide support when needed. - Ensure vendor product listings and inventory information are regularly updated. - Prepare and submit regular sales and vendor acquisition reports. - Negotiate effectively with potential vendors and explain the benefits of joining Ananas. -Work toward assigned vendor acquisition and sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Goal-oriented and target-driven. - Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. - Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into active vendors. - Good follow-up and organizational skills. Previous experience in e-commerce or vendor acquisition is an advantage. Compensation: Basic Salary: 5,000 ETB per month Vendor Acquisition Commission: 1,000–5,000 ETB per successfully onboarded vendor, depending on the vendor. Sales Commission: 15% commission on every sold item. This is a full-time, performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential for motivated individuals who can consistently acquire qualified vendors and generate sales.
