Your Responsibilities As our Business Development & Sales Manager, you will: • Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and prospecting. • Meet with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations. • Understand client challenges and recommend suitable software and digital solutions. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. • Negotiate pricing and contracts. • Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners. • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure successful project delivery. • Represent Amaklo Technologies at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings. What Success Looks Like Performance in this role will be measured by: • New customers acquired. • Revenue generated. • Strategic partnerships established. • Customer retention and repeat business. • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Typical weekly objectives include: • Meet at least 20 prospective clients. • Deliver 8–10 product demonstrations. • Send 5–10 business proposals. • Close 1–2 new customer agreements. • Build new referral and partnership opportunities. Requirements We're looking for someone with experience in: • Business development or enterprise sales. • Selling software, technology, or digital services. • Building business relationships. • Negotiating contracts. • Preparing commercial proposals. • Presenting solutions to business owners and executives. • Managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets. Experience in technology, software, SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or consulting is highly desirable.
