KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Actively promote and sell DCH Energy solar products to individual customers, retailers, wholesalers, and businesses • Conduct field visits, door-to-door outreach, and in-store product demonstrations • Promote and sell products on social media platforms — Facebook Marketplace, Telegram buy/sell groups, TikTok, Jiji Marketplace, and other online channels • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and partner relationships • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities • Participate in market activation events, trade fairs, and sales campaigns • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets • Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager • Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, customer feedback, and trends REQUIREMENTS Education: • Grade 12 complete minimum • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Electrical Engineering is an advantage) Experience: • Minimum 6 months of proven outdoor and/or indoor product sales or promotion experience • Experience in solar products, electronics, FMCG, or energy solutions is a strong advantage • Experience working in similar sector organizations (solar, renewable energy, electronics distribution) is highly preferred Skills & Other: • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in Amharic and English (other languages are a plus) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented • Comfortable working independently in the field • Familiar and active on social media platforms for product promotion and sales is a plus • Must be able to start immediately WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive base salary • Attractive commission per unit product sold — the more you sell, the more you earn • High earning potential for top performers • Product training and continuous sales coaching • Fast career growth — top performers become Regional Team Leaders • Be part of Ethiopia's growing clean energy movement HOW TO APPLY Send your CV and a short introduction message to any of the following: Telegram: @Gshewa97 Email: dalolcon@gmail.com Call/WhatsApp: 0911803797 — Girum Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
