About Milo Milo Aesthetics and Dermatology Specialized Clinics is committed to providing high-quality dermatology, aesthetic, and wellness services through exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Call Center & Reception Officer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and respond to inquiries about clinic services, appointments, and pricing. • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic management system. • Register new patients and accurately update patient records. • Manage the reception desk and ensure a smooth patient check-in and check-out process. • Handle WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and other online inquiries professionally. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow. • Receive payments, issue receipts when required, and direct patients appropriately. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. • Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Follow clinic policies regarding confidentiality, customer service, and patient privacy. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Health Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reception, customer service, call center, or front office operations. • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English (additional local languages are an advantage). • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and appointment management systems. • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Professional appearance with a positive attitude. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service. Preferred Skills • Strong telephone etiquette. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to handle patient complaints professionally. • Experience using hospital or clinic management software. • Sales and customer relationship management experience is an advantage.
