Company: NHY Duty Free Shop Location: Addis Ababa Bole International Airport Position: Cashier NHY Duty Free Shop is looking for a competent and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport. Key Responsibilities: • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. • Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions. • Ensure proper cash balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift. • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries. • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashier workstation. • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues immediately. • Support inventory and sales activities as required. • Comply with company policies, procedures, and airport security requirements. Mandatory Requirements: • Proficiency in English (spoken and written). • Hands-on experience with the CNET System (mandatory). • Previous cashier or retail experience. • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment. Additional Advantage: • Knowledge and experience in handling and identifying different foreign currencies and exchange denominations.
