Key Responsibilities: 1, Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support to students and their families who are interested in studying abroad. Engage with clients through telegram and phone calls to address their inquiries and provide guidance. 2, Application Process: Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth application process. Assist in gathering required documents, completing forms, and following up on application progress. 3, Meeting Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments between clients and our team, including technical and sales staff, to facilitate communication and provide a seamless experience. 4, Application Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of client applications and take proactive steps to ensure they meet deadlines and requirements. Keep clients informed throughout the application journey. 5, Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a bridge between them and our technical and sales teams. Address concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive client experience. 6, English Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with our clients and the broader team. 7, Experience: While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a candidate's ability to learn and adapt to our processes. 8, Salary Negotiation: We are open to negotiating a competitive salary package and additional benefits based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
