We are looking for an experienced and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our modern coffee shop, lead a friendly team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a love for coffee culture, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and support staff • Draft a marketing and promotion strategy and and be part of the application • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue • Maintain quality standards for beverages, food, and presentation • Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures, and basic reporting • Foster a positive, motivated, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience as a coffee shop manager, café manager, or similar role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Basic understanding of Marketing and promotion • Knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and café operations • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of budgeting, inventory, and sales tracking • Flexible availability Preferred Qualifications ·        Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing related field ·        Barista experience is a plus ·        Experience with POS systems What We Offer • Competitive salary • A supportive and friendly work environment • Opportunities for growth and development
