Key Responsibilities • Conduct 60–80+ outbound cold calls daily to qualify prospects and schedule meetings. • Visit local businesses and decision-makers in person to pitch services and drop promotional materials. • Track daily calls, field visits, and pipeline updates in the lead tracker/CRM. • Navigate gatekeepers and confidently handle prospect objections. Requirements • Proven background in cold calling, door-to-door sales, or direct field outreach. • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • High grit, persistence, and ability to handle rejection positively. • Strong time management and local territory planning skills.
