Job description
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in cost accounting, preferably within the hospitality, manufacturing, or retail industries. Previous work experience in a 3–4-star hotel is an added advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage cost accounting processes, analyze operational costs, monitor budgets, perform cost and inventory analysis, prepare financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and support effective cost-control and financial decision-making is essential.
