About the Role Dreaming Amharic is shifting away from boring grammar drills. We teach Amharic through immersive, visually driven storytelling videos using the Comprehensible Input (CI) method. We are looking for an organized, creative leader in Addis Ababa to wear two major hats: Academic Guardian of our methodology and Creative Producer managing our remote video production pipeline. You will lead a talented local team of actors, video editors, and creators. Key Responsibilities Lead the Methodology: Master the Comprehensible Input (CI) method and train/mentor local creators to build immersive content. Manage the Pipeline: Oversee the content calendar and manage the production of videos from Super Beginner to Advanced levels. Empower Creators: Review scripts/rough cuts, provide empathetic feedback, and remove roadblocks for our creative team. Quality & Marketing: Act as the final gatekeeper for video quality and oversee the creation of social media shorts (TikTok/Reels). Who You Are A native Amharic speaker with flawless written and spoken English. Holds a degree in Education, Linguistics, Communications, Theater/Fine Arts, or a related field. Experienced in managing creative teams, projects, or educational pipelines. Pedagogically open-minded: Ready to reject traditional "grammar-first" teaching in favor of intuitive, immersive learning.
