Key responsibility Document Control & Archiving: Establish and maintain a secure, organized digital and physical filing system. Classify, index, and retrieve files quickly upon request. Quality Control & Compliance: Review all incoming and outgoing documents for formatting consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and legal regulations. Version Control: Track document revisions, manage approvals, and ensure team members always have access to the latest, most up-to-date versions. Distribution & Coordination: Route files and reports to the correct departments, managers, or external partners for review, signing, and final approval. Audit Readiness: Maintain clean, complete, and accurate records to ensure seamless internal and external system audits. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience working as a Document Controller, Administrative Specialist, or in a similar compliance-focused role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS), cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.), and advanced Microsoft Office / Adobe Suite formatting tools. Key Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
