Job Title: Driver (Public 1 License) Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Driver holding a valid Public 1 Driving License with at least 2 years of proven driving experience . In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting staff, clients, and company goods/materials, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring strict adherence to traffic regulations and schedule timelines. Key Responsibilities • Safe Transportation: Transport company personnel, clients, and designated deliveries safely and efficiently to required destinations following optimal routes. • Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, fluid levels, cleanliness) and ensure regular servicing and routine maintenance schedules are met. • Logbook & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logbooks, including mileage recording, trip destinations, passenger lists, and fuel log records. • Compliance & Safety: Strictly obey all traffic laws, road safety regulations, speed limits, and vehicle loading limits at all times. • Cargo & Loading: Safely load, secure, and unload company materials or project items, ensuring no damage occurs during transit. • Incident Reporting: Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to senior management and relevant transport supervisors. Requirements & Qualifications • License Requirement: Must possess a valid Public 1 Driving License • Experience: Minimum 2 years of continuous, verifiable professional driving experience (corporate, commercial, or public transport context preferred). • Clean Driving Record: Clean driving history with no severe traffic violations or major fault accidents. • Skills & Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local roads, traffic routes, and basic automotive mechanical troubleshooting. • Attributes: Punctual, courteous, trustworthy, with good communication skills and a strong commitment to passenger and cargo safety.
