We’re looking for an experienced Educational Visa Consultant who understands the student recruitment and education visa business from end to end. This is not just a consulting role. We’re looking for someone who can bring in students, convert leads into applications, guide them through the process, and contribute to the overall growth and running of the business. What we’re looking for The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in: • Educational consultancy and student visa processing • Student recruitment and lead conversion • Counseling students and parents and turning inquiries into paying clients • University and college applications • Student visa applications and documentation • Following up with leads and managing the full student journey • Building relationships with universities, colleges, and other education providers • Understanding different study destinations, admission requirements, and visa processes • Managing and improving the overall consultancy operation A strong university network is a big advantage If you already have a catalog/network of universities and colleges that you have worked with, that would be a major plus. We would especially value someone who already understands: • Which universities are suitable for different student profiles • Admission requirements and application processes • Available intakes and programs • Tuition fees and scholarship opportunities • University partnerships or agent relationships • Different study destinations and their visa requirements What you’ll be responsible for • Handle and convert incoming student inquiries • Counsel students based on their academic background, budget, and goals • Recommend suitable universities, programs, and countries • Manage applications from initial consultation through admission • Guide students through the visa application process • Follow up consistently with prospective students • Build and maintain relationships with universities and education providers • Help develop strategies to increase student enrollment and conversion • Contribute to the day-to-day running and improvement of the consultancy business • Identify opportunities to grow the student pipeline and expand university partnerships To apply: Send your CV to https://t.me/yimarusup along with a brief summary of your previous experience, the countries/universities you have worked with, and any relevant results or achievements.
