Engineering Head Number Required: 2 Duty Station: Kuriftu Resort Arba Minch About the Position Kuriftu Resort is seeking highly qualified and experienced Engineering Heads to lead the engineering and maintenance operations of our resort facilities. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all engineering systems, utilities, and equipment within the resort. Educational Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in engineering and maintenance operations within an international hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment. Previous supervisory or managerial experience is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all resort facilities and equipment. Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems. Manage water park operations, swimming pool systems, water treatment facilities, and related equipment. Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives. Coordinate renovation projects and facility improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and inventory records. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and minimize operational disruptions.
