Job Overview Lumen Communications is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling our services through outdoor sales, client visits, and cold calling . If you are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential clients through outdoor sales and cold calling. • Present Lumen Communications' products and services to prospective customers. • Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities. • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements • Female applicants only. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, outdoor sales, field sales, or business development. • Experience with cold calling and lead generation is required. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools is an advantage. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
