About Us YeneSalon is a fast-growing tech startup modernizing the beauty industry in Addis Ababa. We provide salons, barbershops, and spas with custom Telegram-based tools to manage walk-in queues, stop missing appointments, and grow their revenue. The Role We are looking for a driven, high-energy Field Sales Executive to hit the streets, pitch our product to salon owners, and close deals. This is a highly active field role where you will be walking into the busiest salons in the city and showing owners how YeneSalon solves their daily operational headaches. Key Responsibilities: • Pitch & Close: Visit local salons, barbershops, and beauty studios daily to sell the YeneSalon system. • Onboard Clients: Actively set up new clients by inputting their services into our system and installing the YeneSalon Telegram bot on their devices. • Deploy Marketing: Place YeneSalon promotional materials (e.g., QR code stickers) at client locations so their customers can start booking immediately. • Report: Track your daily progress and submit field logs documenting your visits and contacts. Requirements: • Female applicants only. • Confident, presentable, and familiar with the local beauty and barber scene. • Resilient with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. • Tech-savvy (comfortable with smartphones, Telegram bots, and basic apps). • Excellent communication skills in Amharic (Oromiffa is a strong plus). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. • Active TikTok presence with a history of creating engaging content is a strong plus. Compensation: • Base Salary: 5,000 ETB / month • Transport Allowance: 2,000 ETB / month • Commission & Bonuses: Highly attractive uncapped commission structure plus monthly performance bonuses.
