Key Responsibilities • Manage daily finance, accounting, and administrative operations. • Prepare financial reports, budgets, cash flow reports, and expense tracking. • Handle payroll, payments, invoices, receipts, and financial documentation. • Supervise and coordinate finance, admin, and support team activities. • Ensure proper documentation, filing, compliance, and internal control systems. • Follow up on company payments, contracts, office operations, and procurement. • Support management with financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all company financial matters. Requirements • Strong experience in finance management and administration. • Proven ability to manage and lead a team. • Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial control. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and financial tools. • Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and professional. Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field. • Previous experience in a company finance/admin leadership role is highly preferred.
