Job Title: Experienced Manager for Bread Factory Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced manager to oversee the operations of our bread factory located in Birchiqo Sefer. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of managerial experience, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Management. It is preferable for the candidate to possess a basic understanding of bakery operations. Responsibilities: - Assume overall responsibility for the general management of the bread factory. - Develop and implement efficient working systems to optimize productivity and ensure smooth operations. - Organize and supervise the daily activities of the factory, including production, quality control, inventory management, and distribution. - Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and adherence to food safety standards. - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. - Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment and machinery. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment. - Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field. - Basic knowledge of bakery operations is desirable. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to production management. - Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control processes. - Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to occupational health guidelines.
