Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field. • 4–6+ years of relevant IT experience , preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. • Strong practical knowledge of: • HR Systems • ERP Systems • POS Systems • Networking • Hardware & Software • CCTV Systems • Experience managing IT systems across multiple branches is highly desirable. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills . • Good leadership and team-management abilities . • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, café, pastry, or food-service industry is an advantage. • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational IT issues.
