IT SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST Our company is expanding its technical team and looking for a skilled, customer-focused IT Support & Maintenance Specialist who can deliver reliable technical solutions and professional on-site support. What You’ll Do • Provide professional IT support and troubleshooting to clients. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. • Install and configure operating systems, applications, and hardware • Troubleshoot basic network, connectivity, and system-related issues. • Handle maintenance service requests and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare accurate service reports and document technical activities. • Work directly with clients and maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism. • Escalate complex technical issues to IT supervisor when necessary. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of practical experience in IT Support. • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong practical troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance skills. • Experience working for an IT maintenance/service provider is highly preferred. • Experience supporting IT operations in a large organization, hospital, corporate environment, or other complex workplace is a strong advantage. • Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and basic networking. • Strong communication, customer-service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent technical issues. • Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
