We are hiring a Lead Generation & Research Intern to power our international sales pipeline. This role is different from a typical sales job. You are not expected to close deals or handle negotiations. Instead, you are a digital hunter and explorer – your job is to search, hunt, seek, examine, and explore the global market to find international companies that could benefit from our remote talent solutions. This position is perfect for fresh graduates who are great with computers, love deep-diving into Google searches, LinkedIn, and company databases, and have a natural curiosity to discover new business opportunities. If you are confident in your ability to find the right people, we will handle the pitching and closing. How You Earn • You earn a 10,000 ETB base for your time and effort. • You earn a 20,000ETB+ commission for every prospect you find that successfully books a qualified meeting with our CEO. The commission varies based on the quality and size of the prospect company. Salary & Commission • 10,000 ETB Base Stipend (monthly) • 2000+ ETB Commission per prospect that converts into a CEO meeting (you get paid purely for your research and outreach results) • Monthly target: Deliver a minimum number of qualified leads for the CEO to meet What You’ll Do • Use search engines, LinkedIn, industry directories, and databases to find international companies that need remote developers and designers • Examine company websites, annual reports, and social media to understand their needs • Hunt for the right decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors) at these companies • Collect and organize contact information and company insights into our CRM What We’re Looking For • Strong internet research and data-searching skills (you know how to find anything online) • Good spoken and written English (enough to send professional emails and messages) • Detail-oriented – you notice the small things that make a lead valuable • Self-driven, persistent, and curious – you love exploring new industries • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets,outreach apps Why Join? • Get paid to learn how global business works – research is the #1 skill in sales • Earn extra cash (20k+) every time your research hits the mark • Fast-track to a full-time role if you prove your hunting skills • No pressure to close – you just find the door, and we walk through it
