Job description
Key Responsibilities · Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities. · Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. · Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, · Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. · Prepare shipping and logistics documentation. · Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly. · Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable logistics regulations. · Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements. · Prepare periodic logistics reports for management. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. · Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, \ · Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination. · Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. · Familiarity with the Ethiopian Electronic Single Window Service (ESW) and related customs systems. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. · Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
